1. Shipping

1.1 What is the order delivery time?

You will receive your order within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

1.2 Where do we ship?

Issage ships to all of Spain, except Ceuta and Melilla.

1.3 What is the shipping cost?

For orders less than €20:

-Peninsula: €5

-Balearic Islands: €8

-Canary Islands: €13

-Free shipping to all of Spain for orders over €20.

2. Payment methods

2.1 What payment methods do we offer?

- Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover: Through a secure encryption system SSL-EV (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation)

2.2 Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, we only accept payments by credit card or PayPal. Accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express or Diners Club.

2.3 Are these payment methods safe?

Our website uses a secure connection with SSL-EV encryption (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation) during transactions, ensuring the privacy and security of your information. You will receive a charge on your card with the concept of Issage.

3. Guarantee

All products purchased at Issage, in store or online, have a 2-YEAR GUARANTEE following the guarantee instructions that each product has inside, and the purchase receipt is mandatory to carry it out.

4. Returns

4.1 What is the maximum return period?

A maximum return period of 15 days is established.

4.2 What are the reasons why I can request a return?

1 - Not what I expected

2 - Does not comply with the functionalities/color.

3 - Non-compliant or defective product.

4.3. Can I request a product change?

No. Refunds will be made by paying the purchase price in the same payment method.

4.4 What steps should I follow to make a return?

To return your product, you must send an email to media@issagewellness.com explaining the reason for your return. It is preferable that you attach one or more images of the product's condition to speed up the return process. Once your return is accepted, the courier company will contact you to establish a time to pick up the product at your home. Once the product arrives at Issage and its poor condition is reviewed and verified, the full refund of the amount of the order will be made in the payment method selected to make the purchase.

5. Cancellations:

5.1 I want to cancel my order, how do I do it?

Before the order is sent to the transport company, the customer will have 12 hours to request the cancellation of their order.
